Reporting to the Marketing & PR Manager, your key learning will include:How to support and implement targeted marketing initiatives for specific large fleet customer segments.Understanding strategies that drive customer retention and attract new fleet business through tailored communications, events and offers.How to execute customer services marketing programs and enhance ownership satisfaction.Skills in communicating service, parts and accessory value propositions clearly and effectively to customers.Experience managing premium, brand aligned events from concept to delivery and post-event evaluationsUnderstanding how to develop and manage a cost-effective merchandise program that supports brand presence and sales engagement.Insight into how a global premium brand like Mercedes-Benz operates its marketing function.What we are looking for: Self-motivated and pro-active students who are passionate about gaining work experience. Effective communicators who can build rapport, enjoy collaborating with others and have the confidence to step up and drive change and ideas.To be considered, students must be an undergraduate in their second year or have at least 1 year left of studies as of January 2026 in a business-related degree.
