If you can connect culture to commerce, story to strategy, and ideas to execution — this is your stage.MAIN OUTCOMES Deliver a high-impact annual brand and marketing strategy Lead events, activations, and cultural moments that drive hype, traffic, and loyalty Build and manage influencer, media, and brand partnerships Oversee creative direction and ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution Design and implement scalable marketing structures, SOPs, and systems Lead 360° product launches and seasonal campaigns Drive data-informed decisions through analytics, reporting, and ROI trackingKEY RESPONSIBILITIESBrand Strategy & Creative Direction Own GALXBOY’s brand positioning, creative direction, and seasonal strategy Lead storytelling and campaign concepts for drops, collaborations, and cultural moments Oversee creative output across photography, video, digital and retail channels. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.Events, Activations & Community EngagementManage the full annual events and activations calendarDrive all aspects of event planning and executionBuild hype-driven, immersive brand experiencesTrack event success, metrics, and ROIPartnerships & Influencer Management Identify and secure brand-building partnerships Manage influencer relationships, collaborations, and deliverables Drive co-branded campaigns and capsule drops.Digital Marketing & Social Media Lead digital strategy across IG, TikTok, YouTube, and paid media Oversee content calendars, influencer content, and audience engagement Collaborate with E-commerce and Creative teams for launch amplification Use data to optimise content and campaign performance.Team Leadership & Operational Excellence Build strong SOPs, workflows, and approval systems Lead, coach, and manage the marketing team Strengthen collaboration across internal departments Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and innovation.Budget, Reporting & Analytics Manage the full marketing budget Deliver weekly and monthly reports Measure and optimise ROI across marketing activities Use insights to guide decisions and identify growth opportunitiesRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Degree/diploma in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or similar. 5+ years’ experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong background in events, activations, partnerships, and influencer marketing Experience in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or youth culture industries is a strong advantage Solid experience in digital marketing and social media strategy Creative direction or design exposure preferred
