Job Title: Digital Marketing ManagerLocation: On-site – SandtonSalary: R50 000 – R60 000 CTC per monthRETAIL Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:302 Saturdays per month in office: 08:00 - 13:002 Saturdays per moth HYBRID from home: 08:00 - 13:00Company OverviewWe are a forward-thinking organization focused on delivering innovative digital experiences and leveraging technology to drive business growth.Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise digital marketing campaigns, CRM utilisation, and overall performance. This role will manage digital strategy end-to-end — from planning and execution to analytics, reporting, traffic control, and conversion optimisation — with the objective of supporting consistent business growth.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field5+ years of experience in digital marketing management.Proven experience managing multi-brand campaigns or high-volume environments.Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Programmatic, CRM, and analytics platforms.Ability to manage budgets, optimise campaign ROI, and interpret data for decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & ExecutionPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital networks.Ensure websites and digital channels deliver optimal UX, performance, and conversion outcomes.Oversee digital workflows, creative traffic control, and marketing output across multiple initiatives.Lead & CRM Performance ManagementSupport and optimise lead handling processes to improve enquiry-to-sale performance.Maintain a visible and measurable customer journey from first contact through post-engagement.Drive improvements in customer retention and lifetime value through digital initiatives.Data & Campaign AnalyticsManage campaign reporting dashboards and marketing platforms to ensure accurate data tracking.Report, measure, and present performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, conversions, and channel ROI.Conduct testing, data interpretation, and ongoing optimisation of funnels, pages, and media spend.Budget & ROI ManagementManage digital budgets across campaigns and initiatives.Ensure spend efficiency and target ROI across campaigns.Team & Supplier CoordinationOversee workloads, deliverables, and deadlines across internal digital and brand teams.Work closely with external agencies and partners, holding them accountable to performance KPIs.Promote a fast-paced, data-driven culture aligned to business growth.Digital LiteracyProficient in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and Microsoft Office.Strong ability to analyse and present data clearly in reports and presentations.
