[ Jewelly Brand - Head of Marketing Korea ]PURPOSEDrive the vision, strategy, and execution of all marketing and activation initiatives to elevate brand awareness, luxury positioning, consumer engagement, and deliver measurable commercial impact. Champion a seamless and premium consumer experience across every touchpoint, ensuring all marketing activities (PR, communications, digital, CRM, promotions, events, VM, and trade marketing) are fully aligned with both global brand direction and the local market needs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Marketing LeadershipShape and execute the local marketing strategy in alignment with global brand vision and commercial goals.Drive annual marketing planning and budgeting, ensuring seamless integration with central processes.Localize and activate global campaigns to deeply resonate with target audiences.Brand Management & CommunicationEnsure consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints including retail, digital, PR, and events.Lead media planning and buying across digital, social, and traditional channels.Oversee local PR activities, influencer partnerships, and event activations to build brand desirability.Oversee local social media platforms and ensure all content aligns with global standards.Go-to-Market & Commercial ActivationCollaborate with Sales, Product, and Retail teams to deliver impactful go-to-market plans.Design and implement local marketing initiatives, in-store events, and social media campaigns.Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns with integrated marketing plans. Consumer Insights & Market IntelligenceLeverage consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.Track brand health and campaign performance through robust KPIs and analytics.Consolidate cross-functional feedback and proactively recommend solutions and improvements to central marketing.Team Leadership & CollaborationInspire, lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.Foster collaboration across all relevant functions (Sales, Product, Retail, Merchandising, Client Service, etc.)Ensure transparent communication and strong alignment between local and central marketing teams.Budget & Performance ManagementManage marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.Monitor and analyze costs and ROI to maximize efficiency and impact, maintaining strict adherence to central guidelines.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in marking spend and outcomes.REQUIREMENTEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, business, or related fields.Minimum 8-10 years in marketing, with 3+ years in leadership roles, ideally within premium or luxury consumer goods or retail.Proven experience in brand building, integrated campaign management, including close collaboration with global headquarters.Strong track record of driving commercial impact through innovative marketing strategies.Skills & CompetenciesFluent in English and Korean (Must)Strategic and creative mindset with strong execution skillsDeep understanding of consumer behavior and brand storytellingExperience and knowledge in PR, media, digital, CRM, promotions, trade marketing, and VM (Visual Merchandising).Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, both internally and externally.Strong leadership and people development capabilities, with a track record of building high-performing teams.High analytical, data-driven※ This position requires native-level Korean communication skills, and visa sponsorship is unavailable.
