You maintain complete data fidelity and control attribution across all channels.You guarantee that every campaign launches with correct tracking, segmentation, compliance and performance measurement.You are the operational interface between Marketing, Sales and RevOps, ensuring velocity without loss of accuracy.Core ResponsibilitiesMarketing Data, Platform Architecture and GovernanceOwn the full MarTech stack architecture and roadmapBuild and maintain system integrations across CRM, MAP, website, content management and data platformsEnforce data structure, data hygiene, enrichment and governanceMaintain segmentation logic and account intelligence workflowsOwn attribution methodology and reporting accuracyWorkflows, Automation and Campaign EnablementBuild and maintain workflows and automated programs across inbound and outbound channelsEnsure correct tracking, tagging, UTMs and data capture for every campaignOperate campaign execution frameworks so strategy and creative teams can ship at paceMaintain source-of-truth documentation for processes, systems and automationsPerformance, Reporting and Leadership VisibilityBuild real-time dashboards that surface performance, attribution and insights to Marketing and LeadershipTranslate operational data into actions that improve efficiency, velocity and utilisationMonitor channel ROI and resource allocation by region, segment and campaignOwn capacity planning and resourcing visibility for the marketing functionCommercial Interface and Cross-Functional AlignmentAct as the operational liaison between Marketing, Sales, and RevOpsEnsure consistent handover of marketing-generated intelligence and campaign follow-throughDrive alignment on pipeline quality, lead scoring and lifecycle stagesMaintain closed-loop performance reporting (first touch to revenue realisation)Team ManagementBuild and run a distributed MOps team across multiple regionsDevelop analysts, automation specialists and platform ownersEstablish a high-reliability, low-friction operational cultureThis role is designed for impact, and we believe our best work happens when we connect. While we operate a flexible model, we expect you to spend time on site (at our offices or a client location) for collaboration sessions, customer meetings, and internal workshops.RequirementsWhat Success Looks LikeExperienceExpereince in B2B marketing operations or revenue operationsDemonstrated ownership of MarTech stack selection, build and integrationProven ability to implement data governance and attribution modelsExperience scaling global workflows and automation programmesSkills & CompetenciesMarTech Architecture: deep understanding of CRM, MAP and reporting ecosystems. Data & Attribution: advanced proficiency in segmentation, scoring, tracking and analyticsProcess Engineering: ability to build high-efficiency, low-friction workflowsOperational Leadership: proven ability to translate business needs into repeatable systemsSoftware: proven experience with HubSpot and Salesforce. Experience with Clay is a big advantage. Experience in creating custom dashboards in Looker a big advantage.
