Role Description SmartCity Plc is seeking a full-time, hybrid Head of Marketing to lead its marketing initiatives at its Lagos location. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing branding efforts, and overseeing campaigns to enhance public engagement. The Head of Marketing will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and allocate resources effectively. As a senior role, this position includes driving innovation, optimizing marketing performance, and ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and vision. Qualifications Expertise in Strategic Marketing, Campaign Development, and Brand ManagementProficiency in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, and Social Media ManagementStrong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Performance MeasurementLeadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage teams effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProven track record of delivering measurable results through marketing effortsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plusExperience in real estate or infrastructure industries is an advantage
