Your work truly makes a difference.📈 At scale, yet agile – 3,000+ employees, but still fast, flexible, and hands-on.💰 We’re backed by leading VC funds including One Peak Partners, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and Point Nine Capital, raising a total of approx. €400m to date.✨ Shape the future, sustain growth – Make a difference now *and* build for long-term success.Job DescriptionYou will be joining our Marketing team, reporting to Carlos, our CEO Spain, and Clement, our Global VP B2B Marketing, to build a strong inbound marketing revenue stream, lead a high-performing team, define marketing strategy and collaborate closely with Sales and CS teams to further scale our business in Spain.You will lead the Spanish marketing team (currently 7 people), ensuring a scalable and best practice Marketing function (i.e. suited for current needs and further business growth). Work closely with peer Marketing leaders across the globe and commercial teams in Spain; optimize, advise, problem-solve and drive continuous improvement through a strong data foundation and scalable systems.Key ObjectivesExecute customer acquisition-focused marketing strategy to increase company revenue in different segments, using the global marketing strategy and adapting to the Spanish marketCreate, lead and execute strategic B2B marketing projects with a high impact on growing company revenue - across different segmentsTarget the best channels and tactics to build the network of prospects and customersCreate and execute brand and PR plans as well as customer marketing programs to support elevating company revenue Lead, retain and develop the team of 7 high-performing marketers through goal setting, execution and optimization in order to hit KPIsCooperate closely with other commercial teams, country leadership and the broader business, esp.
