Position OverviewAs the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. You will manage a team of marketing professionals, oversee performance-driven campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. This role requires relocation to Limassol, Cyprus, with full official employment and a comprehensive relocation package for you and your family. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a marketing strategy:
Create effective marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, expanding the customer base, and strengthening the companyâs market position. Team management: Lead the marketing department, assign tasks, mentor, and develop employeesâ professional skills. Analysis and optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of marketing activities, analyze data, and adjust strategies to achieve maximum results. Budgeting: Plan, allocate, and control the use of the marketing budget. Brand management: Develop and maintain the companyâs image, oversee external and internal communications. Collaboration with other departments: Work closely with sales, development, and customer service teams to achieve company-wide goals. Innovation:
Introduce new approaches, tools, and technologies to enhance marketing efficiency. RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience as a Head of Marketing, preferably in online advertising, IT, or tech. Deep understanding of performance marketing, advertising, and traffic management. Strong leadership skills: setting tasks, motivating, and developing employees. Analytical mindset and ability to work with data. Experience with digital tools: Google Analytics, advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. ), CRM systems.
