Merchandise Strategy & Demand PlanningDevelop merchandise strategies aligned with brand direction, seasonal business goals, and revenue targets.Lead demand forecasting and integrated production planning across the organization.2. Product Portfolio & Pricing ManagementDefine product assortment strategies by season, customer segment, and sales channel.Approve assortment adjustments to maximize revenue and margin performance.Manage product lifecycle and pricing frameworks to ensure healthy margins and optimal inventory levels.3. Production & Procurement OperationsEstablish and oversee periodic and supplementary production order plans based on market dynamics.Monitor and manage supplier performance, production timelines, and delivery progress.Approve supplier selection and production plans; address product defects, excess stock issues, and supply chain disruptions when necessary.Ensure on-time product availability and authorize timeline adjustments for operational efficiency.4. Inventory OptimizationDefine inventory thresholds (min-max levels) by category, season, and store format.Track and manage inventory turnover targets and adjust production or replenishment plans proactively.Lead initiatives to handle slow-moving stock through markdowns, redistribution, or channel reallocation.Oversee inter-warehouse stock balancing to minimize overstock and carrying costs.Utilize data-driven merchandise planning to ensure accurate ordering and timely stock flow.5. Warehouse & Logistics ControlSupervise periodic inventory audits and resolve discrepancies to reduce loss and quality issues.Optimize inbound logistics from factories to warehouses and outbound distribution to stores.Oversee order consolidation and last-mile delivery operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.Requirements:Strong decision-making mindset, proactive, and able to handle pressure effectively.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Fashion Management, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of experience in Merchandising or Merchandise Planning, with at least 3 years in a mid-level or senior managerial role.Prefer candidates with experience in fashion retail, omnichannel retail, FMCG, or chain operations.Demonstrated experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, logistics partners, and multi-channel sales environments.Solid expertise in merchandise planning, product assortment management, inventory optimization, and logistics operations.Strong analytical capability in sales performance, stock turnover, capital utilization, and production/replenishment planning.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and merchandise/ERP management systems.Strategic thinking with strong market awareness and data-driven decision-making.Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in retail/fashion sectors.English communication skills preferred for working with international partners and reading technical documents.Contact: Dieu Nguyen - dieu.nguyen@alohaconsulting.co or Phuong Anh Due to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
