Head of Operations

Base Location : HyderabadEducational Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in operations management,Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).Role Description:Operational Management: Oversee the end-to-end operations of the Co-Pack Unit, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to timelines, and alignment with production goals.Production Efficiency: Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet output targets.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all production meets Crax’s quality standards, always adhering to regulatory and safety guidelines.Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Work closely with co-pack vendors, managing contracts, performance, and timely delivery of products. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for raw materials and packaging needs.Inventory & Resource Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods, ensuring availability for uninterrupted production while managing costs effectively.Logistics management: collaborate with 3PL provider to optimize routes, reduce costs & improve delivery times.Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in production and operational workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local laws, safety regulations, and internal company policies.
