The company is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead overall operations, enhance productivity, and drive the integration of advanced technologies across multiple production facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage end-to-end operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery objectives.Lead production planning, capacity utilization, and workflow improvement to ensure operational efficiency.Implement process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining safety and quality standards.Collaborate closely with engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations across functions.Promote automation, digital tools, and data-driven decision-making to enhance overall performance.Monitor operational KPIs to identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management systems.Coach and develop team leaders and supervisors to build a high-performance and accountable organization.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.8–12 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations, preferably in industrial or technology-driven environments.Proven experience in process optimization, lean implementation, or automation improvement projects.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Proficient in English and Thai communication, and comfortable working in a multicultural organization.Contact InformationIf you are interested in this position, please contact:Puttiphat YangwanEmail: Puttiphat.y@adecco.comTel: 02-121-3509
