Acting as a senior business partner to the Group Head, this role drives operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic delivery across the group. Key responsibilities include: - Leading financial planning, performance analysis, and commercial decision-making. - Driving strategic initiatives, business planning, and cross-functional collaboration. - Overseeing resource management, pricing, and partner performance. - Acting as the central point of contact for business services, including finance, HR, and resourcing. - Supporting recruitment, integration, and promotion processes globally. - Championing process improvement, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.
