This individual is responsible for translating business needs into high-impact technical delivery, with a focus on creating measurable efficiency gains, operational product stability, and driving product engineering efficiencies.This person will lead the integration of AI-driven solutions across the product suite, serving as the company's subject-matter expert on AI integration. They will balance long-term strategic planning with the accountability for short-term delivery, ensuring the product and IT relationship is stable, transparent, and aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Product–IT Liaison: Act as the primary strategic liaison between Product Management and IT, ensuring clear communication of priorities and holding technical teams accountable for delivery.AI & Technology Strategy: Define and execute the strategy for AI integration and automation across all product workflows. Lead initiatives to identify, test, and implement new AI technologies to enhance speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.Advanced Solution Design: Architect and design sophisticated, rule-based AI solutions to automate complex analysis, data extraction, and decision-making. This includes a deep focus on building systems that are not just “smart” but also predictable, accurate, and auditable.Business Case & Product Proposals: Develop and present compelling, data-driven business cases for new technology initiatives. Must be able to articulate the strategic value, business impact (e.g. efficiency gains, cost reduction, accuracy improvements), and high-level requirements to leadership.Vendor & Partner Management: Monitor existing partners, identify new vendors, and evaluate technology partners for API integration and process automation.Operational Excellence: Identify and deliver efficiency improvements, measuring their impact against defined KPIs. Anticipate risks and propose proactive mitigation strategies to ensure product continuity.Stakeholder Alignment & Evangelism: Translate complex technical concepts and AI capabilities into clear business value for executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.Mentorship & Enablement: Support other Product Managers/Owners in creating and maintaining technical processing instructions and product roadmaps.Ideal Skill Profile:Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management/Ownership, Project Management, or a related IT/Product role.Core Competencies:Strategic & Technical Bridging: Demonstrated success in driving IT-Product collaboration and bridging the gap between business needs and technical teams.AI & Automation Expert: Excellent, practical knowledge of AI technologies, current AI models and their real-world application to improve operational efficiency.Technical Acumen: Strong background in IT systems, product engineering, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, and complex system workflows.AI Solution Architecture: Proven ability to design scalable AI workflows.
