Why GraspGrasp is an AI platform for the financial advisory industry. The $1.4 trillion financial advisory industry relies heavily on costly and scarce cognitive labor. The industry is so inefficient that advisory firms can charge millions of dollars for teams of junior employees, whose work is 90% manual and repetitive. It is clear that AI will automate large parts of this work and provide a massive uplift in productivity.Our platform uses the latest advances in AI to solve the time-consuming and complex workflows unique to the financial advisory industry. Since launching our product early 2024, we have grown rapidly to support almost 200 customers across 25 countries, secured backing by top-tier investors, and are now scaling our team quickly in our Stockholm and London offices.About the roleAs Head of Product at Grasp, you’ll define and drive what we build and why. You’ll start as a hands-on, first hire — turning strategy into execution — and grow the product function and team as we scale.Your responsibilities will include:Owning what we build and why — turn strategy and user insight into a clear, capacity-aware roadmap with measurable outcomes.Rolling up your sleeves as the first hire in product management — fully hands-on from day one.Leading continuous discovery — talk to users weekly, validate problems, prototype early, and connect findings directly to roadmap decisions.Defining success upfront through crisp PRDs, metrics, and eval/test-set gates that decide when AI work is ready to ship.Ensuring clarity and speed — clean backlog, tight two-week cycles, predictable delivery without founder micromanagement.Speaking both product and technical — specify APIs, telemetry, and cost/latency budgets; partner with engineers on trade-offs.Building an evaluation-first culture: golden sets, slice metrics, safety and quality guardrails for all AI features.Keeping the team anchored on user value and measurable impact, not demos or intuition.Must-haves10+ years in product roles in B2B SaaS, with a ML/AI-powered product in a start up or scale up.Experience operating as an early product member in a €2-20m ARR AI/ML (B2B) businessProven track record running sprints with measurable outcomes; deep fluency with Linear/Jira-style systems.Comfortable specifying APIs/telemetry (you can read OpenAPI/JSON, define events, and reason about p95/€ budgets).Evaluation-first mindset: builds and enforces quantitative definitions of “done” for ML features - golden sets, metrics, slice thresholds, and safety/budget gates that decide when experiments graduate to production.Strong discovery skills (talk to users, synthesize, write a one-pager) as well as strong delivery skills (turn it into a plan).Light analytics skill (SQL, Amplitude/Mixpanel).Nice-to-havesDomain experience (Finance or Law).Experience in early-stage startups.Location: Stockholm
