And a world-class team from Google, Klarna, Spotify, Slack, and top tier consulting and law firms with infinite room to grow professionally.The roleAs Product Lead for Core Product & Growth, you will own the end-user experience across our core features and functionality—from onboarding and activation to daily workflows that drive adoption and retention. You'll work across web, desktop, and mobile platforms, bringing a consumer-grade product sensibility to our B2B legal platform while balancing feature development with growth optimization. This is a broad product role with a growth mindset, where you'll shape both what we build and how we drive users to discover and adopt it.What You Will Be DoingOwn product lifecycle for core features from discovery to launch. Synthesize customer feedback, data, and market trends into a prioritized roadmap balancing quick wins with strategic bets.Drive activation, engagement, and retention by optimizing onboarding and feature adoption. Track key metrics and iterate rapidly using experimentation and data.Ship fast across web, desktop, and mobile. Lead high-tempo iteration while ensuring cohesive cross-platform experiences and making strategic tradeoffs.Build sophisticated workflows while reducing friction for new users. Map journeys, identify pain points, and improve without sacrificing capability.Engage directly with customers and analyze user sessions. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate insights into improvements that drive business outcomes.Apply consumer product sensibility to B2B—balance user delight with admin requirements while maintaining velocity despite longer feedback cycles.Who You AreYou're a top performer who has shipped exceptional consumer-grade products in B2B or prosumer contexts. You can point to specific features and metrics you've moved—activation improvements, feature adoption, user satisfaction—and owned meaningful product outcomes from conception to impact.You balance growth mindset with product craft—fluent in activation funnels, retention cohorts, and engagement metrics, but equally comfortable defining new features, improving workflows, and thinking strategically about product evolution.You ship with velocity and rigor across platforms—experienced with fast release cycles, experimentation, and building for web, mobile, or desktop. You know when to move fast and when quality matters most.You're customer-obsessed and metrics-informed—you spend time with users and watch sessions, but validate decisions with quantitative data. You tell compelling stories with both qualitative insights and hard numbers.You thrive in ambiguity with high ownership—proactive and autonomous, excited to shape your role and define priorities.
