You'll lead the planning, execution, and ongoing optimisation of our software, whilst shaping how we best leverage AI within our legal technology. Collaborating closely with design, development, quality engineering, and customer-facing teams, you'll ensure our products deliver genuine value and impact for users - the work you do will help define and deliver features that advance our mission to "help lawyers who help people."To make this happen, you will:Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmapGather and interpret customer feedback, market trends, and usage analyticsAnalyse and report on feature usage and performance metrics to guide product improvementsTranslate product insights into actionable requirements for the development teamLead, mentor, and develop the Product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Provide coaching, clear direction, and growth opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential and deliver their best workCoordinate and oversee product release activities to ensure smooth, timely, and reliable deployments in collaboration with the development, Quality Engineering, and operations teamsManage the Beta testing program (known as LEAP First) to gather feedback, track issues, and evaluate feature readiness for general releaseOversee the Escalations team, ensuring critical client issues are triaged, prioritised, and resolved in alignment with product goals and release cyclesOversee product documentation, release notes, and Help Centre content, ensuring accuracy and accessibilitySupport marketing and customer success teams with product knowledge and communicationConduct regular meetings with the Global Chief Product Officer and regional Product Managers to ensure alignment of goals, priorities, and strategic direction across the organisationContinuously monitor competitor products and emerging market trends, identifying opportunities for differentiation and innovation within the legal technology landscapeConsider it a bonus if you have:Experience in legal practice, conveyancing, or the legal technology sectorFamiliarity with Practice Management Software or workflow tools used by legal professionalsExperience working with AI technologies, AI-driven features, machine learning models, or intelligent automation solutionsExposure to UX design, business analysis, or software engineeringWhat You'll Bring3+ years of experience as a manager in a software or SaaS company; experience in Product Management preferredStrong analytical skills and experience presenting product insights based on statistical dataWorking knowledge of AWS infrastructure and cloud-based software deliveryProven ability to manage product documentation or online knowledge basesExperience working within agile development environmentsProficiency with tools such as Jira, Jira Plans, Confluence, Slack, and Microsoft OfficeYou are the type of person who:Is proactive and self-driven - you take initiative, anticipate challenges, and actively seek opportunities to add value without waiting for direction.
