We are Hiring!!!We are looking for an Enthusiastic Head of Product for our client from the Insurance Industry.Our client is seeking a commercially focused and analytically driven Head of Product to take full ownership of the customer journey across our digital platforms. This role is centered around improving the digital buying experience, maximizing conversion rates, and ensuring a seamless and intuitive customer interface. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to identify friction points, optimize sales funnels, and continuously enhance the user experience to drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end digital product experience across web and mobile platforms, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.Analyze customer journeys, drop-off points, and behavior patterns to inform design and functionality improvements.Develop a deep understanding of sales funnels, user segmentation, and behavioral analytics to drive conversion optimization.Lead A/B testing, heatmaps, and other usability tools to experiment and validate UX/UI changes.Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to prioritize product enhancements that support growth objectives.Ensure product updates are aligned with business KPIs including lead generation, quote-to-sale ratio, and customer satisfaction.Own the backlog of improvements and lead sprint planning and execution for ongoing product refinement.Conduct competitor benchmarking and stay updated on industry best practices to maintain a leading digital experience.Establish a robust feedback loop using internal data and customer inputs to iterate on product improvements.Translate insights into actionable product requirements with clearly defined metrics and goals. Additionally, take initiative in building, training, and developing a high-performing in-house product team over time, aligned with business growth.Required Qualifications:EducationBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.Postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA or specialized UX/Product certifications are advantageous.Technical & Tool ProficiencyProficient in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms.Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize).Comfortable using product management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Trello to manage sprints and roadmaps.Working understanding of UI/UX principles and collaboration with design teams using Figma or equivalent tools.Key Competencies:Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.Customer-first mindset with a passion for improving digital experiences.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Agile and iterative approach to product development and testing.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
