Your balance never expires, so you can use it across trips with zero hidden fees or expiration dates.In just 3 years, we've grown 4-5x Year on Year and have been trusted by +1M users who overall rate us 4.6 on Trustpilot.Hiring globally and fully remote, we’re a team of 50 and we’re planning to grow to 100+ in the next ~18 months.About the roleThanks to an incredibly talented design and tech team, we’ve been able to take our product to where it is today without a Product Manager or anyone fully owning the product.We’re looking for a Head of Product who can help us take it from where it is today, to where it needs to be in the future as we expand our offering beyond roaming: there’s a whole host of products we’ll be taking to market from scratch and as our first product hire, you’ll get to lead this effort.You’ll complement our telecoms industry knowledge and experience with equally strong experience scaling global B2C products.What you’ll doDesign and implement a scalable structure for the product team as we grow and evolve into squadsLead the Product strategy and roadmap as we prepare to ship Roamless V2 and add numbers and more to our offering.Build, mentor and manage a team of Product Managers, helping them foster a culture of autonomy, collaboration and continuous improvement.Oversee end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation to launch.Define and track key product metrics and ensure decisions are data-informed.Translate user insights, travel trends, and competitive data into clear priorities and actionable features.Drive rapid iteration for global expansion, building extensible and localized product solutions.Deeply understand traveler pain points translating feedback into actionable features and ensuring every product decision improves their experienceAbout you10+ years working in product-led companies, with 7+ in product management and 3+ in leadership roles (Product Lead, Head of Product, etc), managing teams in B2C mobile apps, ideally with a global user base and at least 1M users.You feel a pull towards our mission: perhaps you’re an avid traveller, or you’re passionate about startups and you love the idea of building a product that will disrupt an established industry.You’ve been part of a scaling startup and you’ve seen a Product team evolve from lean early stages to a mature team set up in squads. It’s a bonus point if you’ve led a product team at that scale, but it’s not a requirement.You’re excited to build the product team from the ground up and you’re comfortable being hands-on, shaping strategy while contributing to execution early on.You’re a concise, structured communicator who is great at documentation and can help teams align quickly.You know how to balance data-driven decision making with strong product intuition. You’re able to interpret metrics and identify key insights, but you’re also able to anticipate user needs and make product decisions with limited data, drawing on your experience and user empathy.You can lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration between team members with different skillsets, priorities and ways of working. You help your teams find the right balance between product quality and staying on target with deadlines.You’re technically fluent. You can have meaningful conversations with engineers and use data tools comfortably. I traveled to six countries a month at my peak, paying ridiculous amounts of money for roaming and not always getting reliable connections in exchange. I’d been working in telecoms since 2011 and I knew it was possible to build a better experience for travellers.Between myself and my co-founders, we’ve spent over a decade building telecom infrastructure. When we applied this to eSIMS, unlike most competitors, we built the technology ourselves instead of just reselling someone else’s SIMs. This mix of deep telco know-how, first-hand traveller experience and proprietary tech is what makes us uniquely positioned to win this market.Why join Roamless now?We have an ambitious goal: go beyond roaming and build an app that takes care of all your connectivity needs.
