Specifically, the HoP will be primarily responsible for ensuring effective implementation, monitoring, and reporting of projects across multiple sectors, including Humanitarian Aid, Social Protection, and Development. The HoP will work closely with the Project Manager and other team members (Logistic, Security, Finance, Meal and Communication) to ensure that program objectives are achieved in line with organizational standards, donor requirements, and local needs and facilitating the collection and systematization of lessons learned from projects ensuring that new project proposals are consistent with locally generated needs assessments and donor requirements and monitoring the alignment of ongoing projects with the indicators defined in the project framework.*** Net monthly salary between €2,500 and €3,500, depending on experience, technical and language skills, and academic background ***Per candidarsi per questa posizione È necessario loggarsiPrincipali compiti e responsabilitàThe Main Responsibilities Of The Position Will IncludeBusiness Development & Proposal Development Support the Project Manager in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of project activities in the assigned sectors. Ensure that project activities are executed according to the established work plan, budget, and quality standards. Verify that new proposals reflect evidence-based needs assessments and donor compliance standards. Facilitate coordination and communication between field teams, partners, and relevant stakeholders. Monitor project progress, collect data, and contribute to regular reporting and documentation.Knowledge Management, Learning & Cross-Country Synergies In collaboration with the Programs Coordinators (Protection, RRM, Social Protection and Developpement) establish and facilitate systematic learning mechanisms in Haiti to share tools, methodologies, curricula, training modules, MEAL frameworks, and innovation pilots. Support in the promotion of peer-to-peer exchanges in the countries (joint meetings, learning workshops).DYNAMICS System Management, Data Governance & IT Coordination Oversee country implementation and quality assurance of DYNAMICS, ensuring accurate and timely data entry across proposal, project and reporting modules. Conduct compliance checks to ensure projects meet internal archiving, documentation and donor requirements. Coordinate and provide training, capacity-building and coaching of DYNAMICS Officers and PMs on platform (DYNAMICS) usage. Liaise with the IT and HQ technical team to flag system issues.Institutional Strengthening & Representation Support the creation and monitoring of country dashboards on program performance, tracking progress against strategic objectives. Participate in strategic discussions and contribute to the development of country strategies. Represent the organization in coordination meetings and working groups when delegated. Ensure interim representation of the Country Representative during planned or unexpected absences, maintaining operational continuity and effective oversight of country program activities.Requisiti essenziali Master’s Degree. Excellent proficiency in French (both written and spoken). At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in humanitarian or development contexts, overseeing institutional donor-funded projects with budgets over one million euros, preferably in the Haiti, or experience in project proposal development roles at regional or headquarters offices of NGOs, or in comparable positions. Strong understanding of humanitarian aid, social protection, and development programming. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in multicultural and challenging environments. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and proficiency in internet browsing and communication tools.Competenze ed esperienze richieste English and Creole proficiency is a strong asset Previous work experience in the non-profit sector in the Haiti.
