Head of Quality Assurance

Worth is now looking for a Head of Quality Assurance to build, lead, and elevate our QA function across the organization. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will define quality standards, build scalable testing processes, and lead a team of QA engineers — while remaining deeply technical yourself.This is not a purely managerial QA role. You must be comfortable writing automation, reviewing test code, designing frameworks, and stepping in to debug complex issues when needed. You should have prior experience as an SDET or highly technical QA engineer and understand how to build automation that scales with the product.You will bring structure to our testing strategy, own our test management processes in Qase, and ensure quality is embedded into our development lifecycle rather than treated as a final checkpoint.
