Quality Engineer

Ecopol America is looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team. The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet Ecopol’s quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. This role supports manufacturing operations by continuous improvement, managing quality systems, and promoting a strong quality culture across the plant. Quality Engineer acts as a key interface between Quality, Production, Engineering, and Customers to ensure product conformity and process robustness.Join us and help us to make a greener planet. We look for people that play an active role in our production process and that strongly contribute to the success and quality of our products.Position:Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulationsSupport production with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, non-conformities, scrap, and customer complaintsLead continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and process stabilitySupport audits (internal, customer, and certification audits) and follow up on action plansContribute to the development and maintenance of quality procedures, work instructions, and documentationSupport qualification and validation of processes, materials, and productsCollaborate with Engineering and Operations on process changes and new product introductionsPromote a quality mindset and best practices on the shop floorRequirements:Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical fieldExperience in Quality Engineering in a manufacturing environment (preferably plastics, films, or chemical processes)Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., ISO, CAPA, problem-solving tools)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Supply ChainClear communication skills and hands-on approach in a production environmentOther information:What Success Looks LikeReduction of defects, scraps, and customer complaintsImproved process stability and compliance to standardsStrong collaboration with Operations to prevent quality issuesPositive audit outcomes and effective closure of action itemsIncreased quality awareness and ownership on the shop floorWhy Join EcopolBe part of a fast-growing, sustainability-driven manufacturing companyOpportunity to shape quality processes in a dynamic plant environmentDirect impact on product performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence
