We are now searching for a Head of Quality, an experienced professional to lead our Quality department to the next level across the Asia region.Mission:The Head of Quality is responsible for setting a quality management program for ensuring quality, efficiency, accuracy, reliability and compliance of the company’s activities and outputs. The Head of Quality will set up parameters and measurement tools, and will analyze the processes of implementation. This function will provide leadership, management and control over the Quality Management Systems (QMS), the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) and the Information Security Management System (ISMS); support each department to ensure that appropriate systems and implementation are in place that it achieve its objectives relating to Quality performance; ensure compliance with the company's standards by developing and conducting sustainability program including Internal Audit; act as an internal consultant for ISO Implementation; provide information related to Quality standards; and propose best practices for performance development and improvement as, with training and coaching of related parties and stakeholders.This role is based in Jakarta and is responsible for Quality throughout the Asia region. The role reports directly to the Managing Director, and has 6 direct reports in Indonesia and the region.Responsibilities: 1. Strategy; Research & DevelopmentDevelop company Quality strategyElaborate an annual program of projects with quarterly objectives and targetsProvide research on new or improved methodologies and quality management tools2. Team Leadership, Coaching & TrainingLead, direct, and develop a departmental teamResponsible for onboarding program of departmental new hiresCoaching, mentoring, guiding, supervising and training of team members3. Quality Management ProgramAnalyze business processes and job descriptions, identify issues related to qualitySet up quality control methodologies, parameters and KPIs per positionDevelop a quality management program to ensure productivity and performance can be measured and meets the Company standardsDevelop measurement and collection tools and supervise use of these toolsSupervise documentation related to Quality Management Program4. Quality and Internal Control ImplementationSupervision of screening, proofreading & editing, and operational call monitoring activitiesAssist business process owners to develop business processess, workflows and related materials including policies, SOP, and reportsDevelop internal control work programs and implementation timetable each yearReview procedures and monitor implementation5. Ensure the sustainability of the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001Manage and implement the QMS program and the Internal Audit Program.Working closely with all departments to ensure all activities are compliant with QMS standardsAssist process owners to develop action plans to remediate, close gaps, improve and monitor implementation of action plans.Maintaining ISO 9001 (QMS) accreditation6. ISO Audits SupportOrganise and coordinate for all ISO Audits (ISO 27001; ISO 37001; and ISO 9001)Prepare and train internal teams prior to the conduct of ISO external auditsSelection of ISO external auditors7. ISO 37001 Anti-bribery Management Systems (ABMS)Design and prepare annual plan for company ABMS activitiesDirect, coordinate and implement all activities related to the ABMS annual planIdentify, organise, and implement all necessary improvements to company ABMSConduct company-wide ABMS annual training of all employees8. Compliance CommitteeCoordinate the activities of the Compliance CommitteeLiaise directly with and guide the Compliance OfficerParticipate in all Compliance Committee periodic reviews and follow-upParticipate in preparation of all Compliance committee case reports and follow-up9. Collaboration with other departmentsCollaboration with HR and HoDs, in devising and establishing KPIs for each role as well as quality proceduresReporting on KPIs to HRCoordinate with all functions in order to identify and evaluate procedures & other requirements and maintain effective communication with all department10. Advisory to MDImmediate notification of critical issuesAdvisory related to the quality management program and internal control program as well as implementationMonthly reporting on findings, internal control and audit, and suggestion for corrective actionsQuarterly reporting on quality program implementationRequirements:1. Experience:Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading a quality department.2. Education:Bachelor Degree in a discipline or field relevant to quality, quality control, compliancePost-graduate training in quality3. Technical Skills:Internal auditQuality in a multi-country environmentLeading Quality teamsLaws and Regulations in relation to Quality, Quality systems, Anti-bribery management Systems, ComplianceFamiliar with modern quality control technologiesTechniques in quality systems managementMethodologies in qualityCompliance Committee organization and implementation4.
