As part of its continued investment in Southeast Asia, the brand is seeking a Head of Retail to lead its boutique network across Singapore and Malaysia.This is a a pivotal senior management role that combines leadership, transformation, and client excellence.What You Will DoLead the overall retail strategy and performance across Singapore and Malaysia.Coach Boutique Managers and retail teams to deliver on sales, service, and client development objectives.Partner with senior leadership to define commercial plans and drive operational excellence.Oversee clienteling initiatives to strengthen VIC engagement and repeat purchase behaviour.Champion people development, succession planning, and retail capability building.Drive key transformation projects including store openings, renovations, and retail systems rollout.The Ideal ProfileYou should possess at least 12–18 years’ luxury retail experience with proven multi-store and cross-market leadership. You should have strong foundations in boutique operations paired with strategic and commercial acumen. Deep understanding of client development and service excellence in a luxury environment is also crucial.
