Role Name: Intern Field Merchandiser cum Sales PromoterReplenish stocks to ensure product visibility and availability in the store.Ensure all products, information, and promotional materials are displayed correctly according to guidelines.Retrieve dairy products from the chiller room for display as needed.Maximize opportunities to place POSM (Point of Sales Materials) at relevant in-store locations to enhance brand visibility.Negotiate with outlets for better space rental arrangements to optimize product placement.Maintain strong relationships with all assigned outlets to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.Attend sales meetings twice a month at the office.Travel between multiple stores daily within the same geographical cluster, with store locations varying and not necessarily near your residence.Act as a promoter by actively promoting our products during events, roadshows, and in-store activations to engage customers and boost sales.Support any other ad hoc sales activities or tasks as arranged by the sales department.Experience Achieved From This InternshipRetail store merchandising experienceFMCG industryWholesale Retail Trade industryConfectionery & Snacks merchandisingConnect with Experienced Senior MerchandisersConnect with the Sales Representative cum OperationsWorking Hours And BenefitsWork 5 days per week, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.Rest days are on two weekdays (not on weekends).The work schedule includes both weekends and weekdays.Weekend work hours may vary and may not always be from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, but will generally be within similar daytime hours.Public holidays are off (unless otherwise required for special events).Internship allowance of SGD 900.00 per monthTransport reimbursement up to SGD 128.00 per month (receipt required)Mobile phone reimbursement up to SGD 50.00 per month (receipt required)Proactive and self-motivated.Flexible and adaptable, especially with travel and varied daily schedulesWillingness to travel frequently within the assigned clusterAble to speak, read, and write in EnglishPrior experience in retail, sales, and merchandising is preferredStudents who studied related sales, retail, and merchandising is preferred
