About the Role As the Head of Revenue & Growth, you’ll be responsible for driving the company’s financial performance across all revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and client success.You’ll develop and execute growth strategies, lead teams, and make data-driven decisions that directly increase our monthly recurring revenue (MRR), client lifetime value (LTV), and overall profitability.This role requires a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You’ll be expected to guide, inspire, and when necessary make staffing decisions to ensure the company meets and exceeds its growth goals.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all revenue operations, connecting marketing, sales, and client success under one unified growth strategy.Develop and execute plans that drive consistent revenue growth, retention, and profitability.Oversee and optimize the sales process, from prospecting and funnel management to closing deals and renewals.Build, manage, and scale a high-performing growth team, including hiring, mentoring, and making performance-based staffing decisions.Oversee all marketing initiatives across digital channels (social, paid ads, SEO, email, and content) to increase brand visibility and lead generation.Collaborate with the CEO to forecast revenue, analyze results, and align business goals with financial outcomes.Create data-driven reports and track KPIs like MRR, CAC, ROI, and conversion rates.Identify and launch new revenue opportunities through partnerships, SaaS licensing, affiliate programs, and new service models.Implement efficient systems, automation, and processes that improve productivity and scalability across departments.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in revenue leadership, business growth, or sales/marketing management (preferably in a tech, SaaS, or agency environment).Strong understanding of sales funnels, automation, and digital marketing tools.A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.Excellent leadership and communication skills — able to unite and motivate cross-functional teams.Analytical and data-driven mindset; confident making decisions that impact financial outcomes.Entrepreneurial spirit — proactive, adaptable, and ready to build something big.About SoftwareWOWSoftwareWOW is a full-service tech and marketing agency that helps small businesses and entrepreneurs grow through modern, affordable digital solutions.From web development and SEO to marketing automation, AI tools, and creative design, we deliver everything businesses need to thrive, all under one subscription-based model.We believe innovation should be accessible to everyone, and we’re growing fast.
