Job Description

Job Overview We’re looking for a results-focused Sales Director to lead our sales team (global/regional) in the daily chemical industry. You’ll drive revenue growth, expand market share, and manage key client relationships (retailers, distributors, e-commerce) for our products (skincare, haircare, home cleaning, etc.). Experience in building high-performing teams and understanding daily chemical market trends is a must. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue and market penetration goals. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet individual/team targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients; resolve their issues promptly. Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer needs to adjust sales plans. Manage sales budgets, negotiate contracts, and track revenue/profit performance. Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams for aligned goals. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of sales experience in daily chemicals, including 5+ years in senior management. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building client relationships. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel frequently; fluent in English (other languages a plus).
