We are seeking an inspirational person to lead our sales efforts and be a key member of our Country Management Team.Job PurposeAs Head of Sales, you are accountable for developing, implementing, and managing the sales strategy and execution across your team. You will play a leading role in driving revenue growth and market share by promoting ONE's customer-centric approach and philosophy, where we deliver tailored premium solutions and value-driven services to our Key Accounts. You will focus on scaling business opportunities, promoting ONE's use of Digital Platforms and eCommerce for sales efficiency, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience that leads to retention and expansion. As such, you will steer your team towards achieving and exceeding aggressive sales targets, profitability goals, and overall business development objectives, managing transformation and mindset change as a key area of responsibility for this role.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesLeadership and strategic management:To provide direction and vision by empowering and motivating direct and indirect reports to achieve success. Manage and steer the Sales team towards delivering on agreed targets and KPIs and continuously enhance processes, and services provided to clients. People management, coaching, performance appraisal, training, recruitment. Flexibillity and dedication as important cornerstones towards a customer centric approach, contributing to a good experience for our customers overall. Commercial decision making and problem solving. Ensure cost and commercial awareness of all disciplines to ensure that profit margins are managed accordingly. Work together with internal and external stakeholders to create possibilities for new business opportunities. Continious review best working practices in order to improve effectiveness and productivity. Being part of the escalation chain for customer issues for example claims, disputes and service issues. Maintain and nurture personal, senior-level relationships with key customers to enhance client retention. Develop and deliver sales strategy together with internal stakeholders. As a member of the Senior Country Management Team, work closely with Functional Heads (Operations, Customer Service, Finance, HR) to ensure smooth collaboration and effective delivery of the country strategy.Required SkillsExperience of the Shipping industry for at least 8-10 years Experience in leading teams and people management Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish Change management skills Proven ability to analyse complex amount of data and create ad hoc analysis when required Required CompetenciesBusiness awareness Relationship management Comfortable in developing internal and external network Problem solving & Decision Making Planning, prioritization and Organisation Teamwork & Collaboration Enthustiastic and communicative team player What We OfferAt ONE we offer you positive and helpful colleagues in a professional environment.
