About the RoleA1 Properties is seeking a strategic, driven, and visionary Head of Sales to lead our expanding Off-Plan, Secondary, and Commercial Real Estate divisions. This senior leadership position plays a pivotal role in shaping our overall sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring our teams deliver exceptional client experiences across all market segments.As the Head of Sales, you will oversee multiple high-performing teams, build and maintain relationships with top developers and investors, and guide the company’s business development efforts to new heights.Key Responsibilities🔹 Sales Leadership & StrategyDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies across Off-Plan, Secondary, and Commercial divisions to achieve company growth targets.Identify emerging market opportunities and collaborate with developers to secure exclusive projects.Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and client preferences to drive strategic decision-making.Establish clear sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics for each division.🔹 Team Management & DevelopmentLead, motivate, and mentor sales managers and consultants across all departments to ensure alignment and peak performance.Build a results-oriented culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and excellence.Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance evaluations.Foster inter-departmental synergy to ensure consistent brand standards and client service delivery.🔹 Business Development & PartnershipsBuild and strengthen strategic relationships with property developers, investors, landlords, and corporate clients.Represent A1 Properties in high-level negotiations, events, and exhibitions.Develop partnerships to expand the company’s market presence and enhance the property portfolio across Dubai.🔹 Client EngagementOversee management of key client portfolios, ensuring exceptional, personalized service for both individual and institutional clients.Guide teams in conducting consultations, site visits, investment presentations, and deal closures.Maintain the highest level of client satisfaction and trust across all transactions.🔹 Marketing CollaborationPartner with the marketing department to create targeted campaigns for Off-Plan launches, Secondary listings, and Commercial opportunities.Support brand visibility through participation in major real estate exhibitions, events, and networking initiatives.Leverage digital marketing tools and analytics to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.🔹 Reporting & ComplianceTrack and analyze sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline reports for all three divisions.Present regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior management.Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and all UAE real estate regulations.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.7+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing multi-division teams (Off-Plan, Secondary, and/or Commercial).Proven track record of achieving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, property trends, and developer landscape.Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and real estate portal systems.Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).Who You AreA strategic and forward-thinking leader with a strong business acumen.Confident and adaptable, capable of managing diverse teams and market segments.Client-centric with exceptional communication and presentation skills.Highly organized, proactive, and driven to exceed targets.Passionate about real estate and committed to excellence.Join A1 PropertiesThis is your opportunity to lead three of Dubai’s most dynamic real estate divisions under one trusted brand.
