If you're seeking to elevate your career in a supportive, innovative environment, this is your chance!Job DescriptionCreating detailed design drawings using ARCHICAD & Lumion software programs for site plans, design sketches, sales plans, working drawings, variations, council submission plans, and final construction documentation including 3D Renders. Ensuring all drawings comply with the Building Code of Australia, local council requirements, and relevant planning regulations, as well as adhering to established design and construction standards.Producing drawings with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring they align with customer specifications outlined in the sales estimate and conform to building standards.Preparing drawings for all stages of the workflow process, incorporating necessary amendments to meet the requirements for permits and approvals.Collaborating effectively with internal teams, external clients, suppliers, agents, and contractors, fostering strong and productive working relationships.Continuously enhancing your knowledge of the company's products, services, and processes to confidently and effectively complete your work.Relevant qualifications in architectural drafting or design.Ideally, experience drafting residential homes in WA, with exposure to the luxury home sectorQualificationsArchitecture and Architectural Design skillsExperience in Construction DrawingsDrawing and Urban Planning skillsProficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design softwareStrong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Architecture or related fieldPrevious experience in residential design is a plus
