Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of Account Executives, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to accelerate growth and expand market share across the Medspa and Aesthetic SaaS sector.Lead, inspire, and scale a top-performing sales organization, driving a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize lead generation, funnel efficiency, and customer acquisition.Implement data-driven performance management systems to track metrics, forecast revenue, and identify areas for optimization.Provide hands-on mentorship and coaching to strengthen closing techniques, deal strategy, and overall team performance.Contribute directly to executive planning and expansion initiatives, ensuring alignment between sales objectives and organizational goals.Requirements:8–10 years of progressive experience in SaaS or healthcare sales leadership, with proven success driving revenue and team growth.Track record of scaling full-cycle sales teams and achieving aggressive performance targets.Strategic thinker with exceptional execution capability, able to balance long-term vision with short-term results.Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership style.Nice-to-Haves:Experience in fast-paced startup environments or rapidly scaling companies.Knowledge of the broader private pay healthcare landscape and relevant regulatory frameworks.Insight into emerging trends in healthcare SaaS and marketing.MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.Be part of a mission-driven team transforming how private healthcare practices grow, market, and operate.Ready to lead the future of Healthcare SaaS?Apply Now!
