This position is responsible for driving sales efficiency, implementing scalable systems and processes and ensuring the Sales and Strategic Partnerships teams are equipped to meet ambitious revenue targets.The role combines strategic and hands-on work, from designing operational frameworks and managing CRM systems to coaching and mentoring team members. Success in this role will come from a balance of analytical thinking, process improvement and people leadership.This is an exciting opportunity to elevate the performance of a high-impact team and contribute directly to Moodle's mission of empowering educators and learners worldwide.What You'll DoMost days in this role involve a mix of strategic planning, operational improvement and leadership. You will:Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team, providing clear direction, coaching and mentorship to drive individual and team successOptimise sales processes and systems to improve efficiency, scalability and accuracy across lead generation, pipeline management and revenue forecastingManage and enhance CRM systems (Salesforce and Hubspot), ensuring data integrity, effective adoption and continuous improvementGenerate actionable insights by designing and analysing reports and dashboards that inform decision-making at all levels of the organisationCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Strategic Partnerships and Technology teams to align strategies and enhance the customer journeyChampion a data-driven and solutions-focused culture, identifying opportunities for improvement and leading initiatives that enhance commercial outcomesRequirementsWe'd love to meet youEspecially if you can tell us about your:Proven track record of exceeding ambitious individual and team revenue goalsDeep expertise in process design, development and implementation5+ years of experience managing a team, with demonstrated leadership, coaching and mentoring skillsStrong project management and stakeholder coordination experienceExtensive experience managing CRM systems (Salesforce and Hubspot preferred)Data-driven approach, with the ability to assess data quality and develop insights through reports and dashboardsProblem-solving mindset with a focus on scalable, practical solutionsBenefitsWhat's in it for you?Moodle has a globally diverse team with over 280 team members in more than 25 countries around the world.
