The role involves driving sales growth, managing distributors and retail networks, and overseeing trade marketing and operations.Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.Manage distributor and retail channels.Coordinate with production and packaging teams.Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.Requirements:12+ years in Sales & Marketing (Liquor/FMCG).Strong understanding of the Nigerian market.MBA/Bachelor’s in Marketing or Business Management.Experience in blending/manufacturing is a plus.
