Join one of the leading Financial Institutions across the regionDevelop the function to be an industry leader across the regionAbout Our ClientOur client is a well-established large organization in the financial services industry.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute sector-specific strategies to achieve business growth in the power sector, including identifying strategic opportunities in major Energy initiatives to position our client as a market leader, primarily through the development of financing solutions & partnerships.Originate, structure and manage transactions within the industry including sustainable project financing, ESG investments & corporate lending solutions.Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the organisations footprint in the power sector.Collaborate with internal teams to structure and deliver innovative financial solutions.Monitor market trends and provide insights to optimise sector performance.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Prepare and present sector performance reports to senior management.Mentor and guide team members to achieve their professional goals.The Successful ApplicantThe Successful Candidate Should HaveA strong academic background, preferably in finance, business, or a related field.Proven expertise in the Energy & Power sector in Malaysia / or across the regionStrong leadership and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.What's on OfferCompetitive salary package from RM 350,000 - RM 550,000Lead high-value projects within the Power & Renewable space across the region.Develop your career with a large & reputable Financial Institution, offering career prospects locally and regionally.Contact: Jarrad JohnstonQuote job ref: JN-102025-6867760
