Lead, train, and motivate the service team. Coordinate with Sales, Parts, and Finance to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: Engineering degree (Mechanical , Automotive or Mechatronics).5+ years in service management (marine, automotive, or similar industry). Strong leadership and communication skills. Good understanding of service KPIs and cost control.
