Job Description SummaryAs Head of Service PM, YOU will lead and define the strategic execution of Service Projects; ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and budget adherence. This business line typically offers a range of products, such as transformers, switchgear, power cables, and related technologies that are essential for maintaining the integrity and reliability of electrical grids.Our site in Oberentfelden is a centre of excellence for the development, production and service of metal-encapsulated, gas-insulated high-voltage switchgear, their components & drives.If you want to be part of a major adventure at the heart of the energy transition in Europe and have a passion to drive large & complex projects with multi-cultural international teams, we want to hear from YOU!Your Mission: As Head of Service PM, YOU will lead and define the strategic execution of Service Projects; ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and budget adherence. This role includes robust operational processes, EHS, quality systems, and standardizes operating models & tools throughout the OTR (execution) cycle.The following teams fall under your direct responsibility: Project Management (6 FTEs), Project Engineering (4 FTEs).Main Responsibilities & KPIsCustomer communication and satisfactionSales pacing, respecting revenue recognition rulesProject portfolio reviews (around 100 - 200 projects)Support to project execution, facilitate contact with Sales within the RegionMargin deviation monitoring and approvalManage risk and opportunitiesCash collection (overdues, retention)Consistency, alignment and efficiency across all direct departmentsReinforce PM competencies (communication, planning, cost assumptions, sales planning, contract management)Continuous communication and delivery alignments across all departments including workshopsImprove contract management, with strong RoE (Return on Equity) about T&Cs of contractsMain KPIsQuarterly sales, margins, cash-in and finished goodsRequest kept, order overdues (shared with Global Supply Chain function)Under / Over-recovery of the direct hours (ensure that all salaries, facility management costs, cars, tools are sufficiently covered through the overhead on the hourly rate)Quality and Customer satisfaction KPIsKey RequirementsTechnical graduate degree, such as production technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a successfully completed technician education in the field: industry / electrical engineering / mechanical engineeringA minimum of 10-15 years of relevant hands-on experience in similar tasksAt least 7 years of experience as a manager with personnel responsibilityProduct knowledge High Voltage Products, appreciated for circuit breakers, hybrid switchgears and Instrument transformersKnowledge in the field of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) processesUnderstanding and interpretation of business key performance figuresFluency in English and German (written & spoken)Outstanding cross-functional collaboration within matrix environmentsSecure interpretation of regulations, standards and specificationsSecure handling of SAP (Focus on Project Management and Engineering)Proficiency of MS Office applications (eg.
