Head of Setup/ Electrical Engineer (EV Charging Stations)

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and validate site surveys for EV charging stations, ensuring compliance with safety, fire protection, and technical standards.Manage site handover processes, construction approvals, and overall project progress to ensure timely, high-quality completion.Coordinate with the Construction Management Board and departments to resolve issues and implement upgrades for existing stations.Oversee electricity purchase agreements, substation management contracts, and supporting documentation.Review, negotiate, and renew partner contracts/appendices to ensure continuous operations and maximize company benefits.Act as liaison with partners to address contract-related matters and maintain effective relationships.Collect, manage, and update legal, technical, and project documentation in management systems.Provide regular reports on project status and key issues to senior management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).8–10 years’ experience in electrical engineering, infrastructure, or energy projects, with at least 2 years in construction/electrical supervision (quantity take-off, cost valuation, execution).Strong knowledge of EV charging station projects, including design, layouts, and supporting systems.Basic understanding of business, law, and regulatory requirements related to infrastructure or real estate.Proven leadership, accountability, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, decisive approach.Strong communication, negotiation, and contract management skills.Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to delivering high-quality results.Domiciled in Bali or willing to relocate.What We OfferStrategic leadership role in expanding EV infrastructure in Eastern Indonesia.Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to drive sustainability and innovation in a growing industry.Supportive and collaborative work environment with growth opportunities.
