Turbine & BOP Mechanical Supervisor

Job Description:Develop and implement maintenance plans for Turbine and BOP systems to ensure optimal equipment performance, reliability, and availability.Lead and coordinate the mechanical team in executing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.Ensure company policies, procedures, and systems are well understood and effectively implemented by all subordinates.Maintain responsibility for workplace Security, Safety, Health, and Environmental (SSHE) compliance within the work area.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning.Strong knowledge of rotating equipment analysis.Familiar with Condition-Based Monitoring techniques.Proficient in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
