We are on a mission to restore the health of the earth and provide people the opportunity to live better lives through clean, reliable, and innovative energy solutions.About the RoleAs Reservoir Engineer for Darajat Asset, you will lead reservoir analysis, performance monitoring, and optimization initiatives to sustain and enhance steam production. You will provide technical expertise and project management support to improve resource reliability and minimize curtailment.ResponsibilitiesLead annual Reservoir Surveillance & Optimization (SA&O) programs, including well performance monitoring, data analysis, and corrective action planning.Drive well intervention design and evaluation (e.g., clean-outs, acidizing, P&A, master valve replacement) to enhance productivity and reliability.Conduct reservoir modeling, performance analysis, and field development planning in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.Support Asset Development Plan (ADP) and Geothermal Production System Optimization (GPSO) to ensure long-term steam supply sustainability.Provide inputs for Business Planning, including generation forecasts, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and cost control monitoring.Manage and coordinate projects under the StarPRIDE framework, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and sustainability standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, OHSAS 18001).Promote knowledge transfer, mentoring, and capability development among junior engineers.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (PGE, ESDM, consultants, etc.) to ensure compliance, integration, and performance excellence.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Petroleum Engineering or Chemical Engineering; a Master’s degree (S2) in Petroleum, Chemical, or Energy & Sustainability Engineering or other relevant studies.5 years' experience in related reservoir engineering function.Required Skills:Strong foundation in Engineering Mathematics and core Chemical Engineering principles, including Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic to intermediate programming/coding skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or similar).Practical understanding of Geothermal Well Testing, including Completion Test, Flow Performance Test, and Wireline Logging Surveys.Experience or familiarity with Geothermal Reservoir Modelling and related simulation or analysis tools.Solid grasp of Project Management principles and coordination practices.Experience in technical work related to service procurement or contracting activities, including preparation of technical scopes and bid evaluations.Competent in economic evaluation methods, including NPV, IRR, and ROI calculations.Preferred Skills:Exposure to financial and project management tools, such as SAP and Microsoft Project.Equal Opportunity Statement:We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.
