Overview:Grow Base is seeking a Head of Strategy to lead our business and marketing direction. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical thinker who can design smart strategies that drive growth, innovation, and visibility across our projects and clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute business and marketing strategies aligned with Grow Base’s vision and goals.Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new market trends.Lead strategic planning for marketing campaigns and business development.Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and ensure measurable results.Collaborate with leadership and creative teams to align initiatives across departments.Support the creation of brand positioning, messaging, and content direction.Requirements:2–3 years of experience in strategy, marketing, or business development.Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and growth strategy.Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver creative, data-driven solutions.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
