Ready to be a part of that story?We're looking for an experienced sustainability leader to step into the role of Head of Sustainability on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the team who are making a real impact on our climate response and sustainability journey.Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the roleAs Head of Sustainability, you'll lead our Sustainability Team and drive NZ Post's enterprise sustainability targets, with a strong focus on carbon emissions reduction. You'll work closely with senior leaders and teams across the organisation to embed sustainability principles into decision-making and deliver initiatives that matter for Aotearoa.Reporting to the Chief Governance and Sustainability Officer, you'll influence at all levels, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure robust governance and reporting frameworks are in place.Mōu - About YouAs the ideal candidate for this role, you will have proven experience within corporate sustainability or environmental leadership roles, ideally gained within a large complex organisation.
