As we scale, we are seeking a visionary Head of Technology to lead our digital transformation and ensure our platforms power sustainable growth and operational excellence.The RoleAs Head of Technology, you will be both strategic and hands-on—shaping our technology roadmap while leading the delivery of high-impact projects such as a new CRM, centralised data infrastructure, and automation solutions. You’ll partner with senior leadership to align technology with business goals, ensuring every system enhances efficiency, resilience, and the client experience.A key part of your role will be leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing technology team, embedding a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. You’ll also take ownership of major cross-functional projects, ensuring they are well-managed, delivered to deadline, and embedded successfully across the business.Key Responsibilities• Define and execute a clear technology strategy aligned to business growth.• Lead the implementation of major systems (CRM, database, AI, automation).• Drive innovation, automation, and cross-department process optimisation.• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing technology team.• Oversee project management of technology change, ensuring delivery on time and budget.• Safeguard system security, compliance, and resilience.What We’re Looking For• 7+ years in technology roles, including 3+ in leadership.• Proven experience delivering technology transformation and leading projects.• Strong background in CRM systems, centralised data, and workflow automation.• Skilled in project management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management.• A collaborative leader who develops people and drives results.• Alignment with our values: Trust, Integrity, Honesty, Care.Desirable• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.• Certifications in Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2/PMP, CRM platforms, or cybersecurity.What We Offer•Salary £70,000 - £80,000 per annum - negotiable• Holidays 25 days start – increases 1 day per year – ceiling of 30 days + bank holidays.• Pension is 3% Employer 5% employee.• Flexible working – core hours 10.00am – 4.00pm Office Hours 8.00am – 6.30pm – 40-hour week – 30 minutes for lunch unpaid.• WFH at discretion of manager (we do wish to have an office-based appointment).• Subsidised Socials.• Salary sacrifice.• Funded Training.
