As the telecom industry enters a period of major change, Inbank sees a significant opportunity to expand its business by developing innovative financing solutions — becoming a trusted external partner in this rapidly transforming market.In this senior role, you’ll take ownership of building and managing high-impact partnerships with leading telecom operators and technology innovators — and turn this fast-growing sector into a true success story for Inbank. RESPONSIBILITIES: ●Developing and expanding Inbank’s telecom product offering in Lithuania — working with internal teams to enhance product functionality, streamline processes, and elevate the partner experience. ● Driving business development by identifying, approaching, and securing new strategic telco partners to strengthen Inbank’s market position. ● Owning the full partnership lifecycle — from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals, ensuring smooth implementation, and fostering long-term, high-performing collaborations. ● Building and maintaining strong relationships with mobile network operators, resellers, and technology partners — becoming their trusted point of contact within Inbank. ●Analysing market trends, competitors, and customer insights to keep Inbank’s telecom offering competitive, innovative, and relevant. ● Collaborating closely across teams — product, tech, risk, marketing, and customer support — to ensure seamless partner onboarding and successful ongoing cooperation. ● Reporting on key metrics and market insights to guide strategic decisions and shape business growth. ● Meeting and exceeding targets while contributing directly to Inbank’s broader growth ambitions.  WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: You’re a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset — someone who thrives on building partnerships, driving growth, and turning ideas into impact. You’re confident working with technical experts, product teams, and senior stakeholders alike; comfortable navigating complexity; and motivated by seeing tangible results from your work. ● Proven leadership experience: 5+ years of success in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management — preferably in financial services, leasing, telecommunications or related sectors. ● Strategic business development skills: A strong track record of identifying, building, and scaling partnerships, ideally managing multimillion-euro portfolios. ● Entrepreneurial drive: A self-starter with a hands-on, results-oriented approach who thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. ● Analytical mindset: The ability to interpret market data, spot opportunities, and make informed, data-driven decisions. ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills: Proven experience in building long-term relationships with senior partners and successfully closing complex deals. ● Language skills: Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.  WHAT TO EXPECT:● Strategic position: You will directly contribute to transforming a currently limited business area into a major growth driver.● Growth opportunities: Inbank invests in your professional development and support your career advancement. ● Competitive salary: €4,700–€6,500 gross per month, based on experience.● Inspiring work environment that values creativity, collaboration, and impact. ● Benefits Package: Health benefits, where you can choose between comprehensive health insurance or access to the Stebby wellness platform, as well as a dedicated learning and development budget. ● Modern Office and Flexibility: A modern, pet-friendly office in Vilnius, with additional support for hybrid working model and extra time off (5 additional vacation days after your 3rd year).● Fun and connection: Take part in company-wide and team events that bring our people together.
