Head of Trade Financing Operations

Job Summary:The job is focusing on managing all the trade finance transactions (letters of credit, collections, guarantees) within the Central Banking Operations sector.Job Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and international trade finance standards.Supervise daily operations and monitor adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).Approve system updates and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results for trade finance platforms.Contribute to the development and enhancement of policies, processes, and procedures aligned with the bank’s strategy.Support innovation and digital transformation initiatives in trade finance.Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Postgraduate degrees and specialized certifications are preferred.Proven experience in the field of Letters of Credit (L/C) is required.Minimum of 15 years of diversified banking experience in banking operations, preferably in areas related to trade finance activities.At least 10 years in managerial and supervisory roles within banking operations.Human Capital Sector
