Job Description

We have partnered with a large, diversified UAE-based conglomerate to appoint a Head of Transformation. This is a Group-level leadership role responsible for designing and driving a coordinated business transformation agenda across a complex, multi-sector organisation. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this is a rare opportunity to shape how a major conglomerate evolves its operating model, organisational structure and commercial performance at scale.This role is for someone who has led large, complex business transformation programmes from strategy through to execution, not IT or digital change, but genuine enterprise-wide transformation spanning people, process, structure and culture. You will be a credible, senior voice in the room, capable of influencing at the highest levels while maintaining hands-on accountability for delivery.About the role:Define and lead the Group's business transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and priorities of Group leadershipIdentify and drive transformation opportunities across business units, including operating model redesign, organisational effectiveness, process improvement and commercial performanceBuild and lead a high-performing transformation function, embedding structured programme delivery and change management disciplines across the GroupOwn the transformation portfolio from business case through to benefits realisation, maintaining clear accountability and pace throughoutAct as a trusted advisor to the Group CEO, COO and Board, providing transparent visibility on progress, risks and outcomesPartner with business unit CEOs and functional leaders to build transformation capability and drive sustained adoption of changeEstablish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms that give leadership confidence in the execution of the transformation agendaDrive a performance culture within the transformation function, setting high standards for rigour, commercial thinking and delivery quality About you:15+ years of progressive experience leading business transformation within large, complex, multi-business-unit organisations or a minimum of 3 years as a Principal or Senior Engagement Manager at a Tier 1 management consultancy with direct accountability on large-scale business transformation mandatesProven track record of delivering enterprise-wide transformation programmes spanning operating model change, organisational redesign and performance improvementDeep understanding of the structural and operational dynamics of diversified conglomerates, including navigating matrix environments, multiple P&Ls and competing stakeholder agendasStrong commercial acumen with the ability to connect transformation activity to tangible business outcomes and financial value
