This is a high impact role suited to a strategic, delivery focused leader with a proven track record of shaping and executing finance transformation programmes in fast paced environments. Experience using McKinsey’s Wave programme is essential, as you will play a central role in tracking, governing and accelerating delivery across multiple workstreams.The OpportunityAs Finance Transformation Lead, you'll partner with Group FP&A and business stakeholders to design, mobilise and embed critical transformation initiatives. You will bring structure, clarity and pace to an ambitious change agenda, ensuring benefits are delivered, risks are anticipated and teams are aligned. This is a role for someone who thrives in complex settings, influences with credibility and drives forward momentum even when working with ambiguity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end to end delivery of finance transformation programmes, ensuring alignment to strategic objectivesUse McKinsey’s Wave programme to track benefits, milestones, interdependencies and risk, ensuring full transparency and effective governancePartner with Finance & Business leaders to shape workstreams, define scope and establish delivery frameworksDrive disciplined programme management, identifying blockers and implementing solutions at paceFacilitate executive level reporting, steering committees and performance reviewsEnsure benefit realisation is embedded, measurable and owned by relevant stakeholdersBuild strong relationships across the organisation, influencing and challenging where necessary to maintain momentumSupport cultural and behavioural change required to embed new ways of workingAbout YouQualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)Extensive experience leading large scale Finance Transformation or Operating Model Change programmesStrong, hands-on knowledge of McKinsey’s Wave programme including configuration, governance, reporting and benefits trackingExceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsComfortable operating in fast paced, highly dynamic environments with shifting prioritiesStrong analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking skillsExperience within complex, global organisations is highly desirableConfident communicator with the ability to simplify complexity and drive clarityWhy This Role?This is a rare opportunity to join a high profile transformation at a pivotal moment.
