Finance AnalystOur client in the FMCG/ food industry is looking for a new Finance Analyst to join their growing team in Central London. Reporting into the Commercial Finance Manager, this is a broad position where you will provide key commercial insights and analysis.Key Responsibilities:Analyse period-end statements against budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances and trends.Prepare monthly internal and Board reports with actionable insights.Monitor sales, margin, and promotional performance across channels.Provide recommendations to optimise pricing, product mix, and promotional strategies.Support development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate resource allocation.Maintain robust financial controls and identify process improvements.Work closely with supply chain to manage cost drivers and improve profitability.Deliver scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making.Identify opportunities for growth and cost optimisation in a fast-paced FMCG environment.The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with strong commercial finance exposure in a similar industry. Strong technical ability and commercial acumen will be needed to provide high quality analysis, strategic insights, and business partnering with a range of stakeholders.
