Senior Financial Reporting Analyst FTSE Listed Property Group | Central London (Hybrid)Approx. £70,000 + Bonus + Excellent PackageA FTSE-listed property group is seeking a high-calibre Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join its Group Reporting team. This is a key position within a high-performing finance function, offering broad technical exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of critical areas of group reporting in a complex and dynamic listed environment.In this role, you will:Maintain and analyse Group borrowings and derivative schedules, posting interest and debt-related journals and supporting quarterly internal reportingCalculate key debt metrics and covenants, assisting with the preparation of quarterly management informationPrepare analysis of actual vs budget/forecast/prior year for net interest, partnering with Treasury, FP&A and the wider finance teamProduce the Group cash flow statement and net debt disclosures for interim and annual external reportingPrepare statutory accounts and act as a key point of contact for external auditorsLead covenant reviews, evaluating the financial strength of new and existing customers and contributing to quarterly risk review meetingsSupport the tax team with derivatives-related tax packs, corporation tax return processes and tagging of iXBRL accountsProvide coaching and guidance to new team members, supporting the development of future finance talentDeliver ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and enhance business understandingThe successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent), ideally trained in a Big 4 or Top 10 firm, with strong experience managing complex audits and financial reporting processes independently. You will bring solid technical knowledge of IFRS and FRS 101—particularly around IFRS 9 and cash flow reporting—and hands-on experience preparing statutory accounts and working with external auditors. Strong analytical capability, excellent Excel skills and the ability to interpret and simplify complex transactions are essential. You will be confident working across all levels of the business, proactive in identifying solutions, and comfortable taking ownership while collaborating effectively with colleagues.This is a broad, high-impact role offering exceptional visibility across the Group Finance function.
