£110k - £115k + bonus + benefits (hybrid working)Our client is a leading software platform provider which has developed a proprietary suite of products for Tier 1 & 2 financial institutions. Well established in this space and trusted by top global asset servicers, it has exceptional customer retention. Originally part of a large, listed group they have recently gone through a carve out and are now PE backed, with a highly experienced leadership team that are executing an ambitious growth strategy.They are seeking a commercially driven and analytically sharp Head of FP&A to lead global financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic forecasting across a multinational footprint. This role is central to enabling data-driven decision-making, supporting investor reporting, and driving value creation in a private equity-backed environment. In what will be a high impact role with visibility to investors, you will partner with senior leadership across functions and geographies to shape financial strategy, optimize resource allocation, and prepare the business for future acquisitions and growth. They have hybrid flexible working, though there would be regular requirement to work in the London office, with some international travel. Responsibilities:Lead the annual budget, periodic reforecasting, and long-range planning processes across all entitiesDevelop and maintain dynamic financial models to support scenario planning and M&APartner with the CFO and executive team to align financial strategy with business objectivesLead a small, offshore high-performing FP&A teamDeliver timely, accurate, and insightful reporting on financial performance, KPIs, and operational metricsDrive margin improvement, cost optimization, and working capital efficiencySupport board and investor reporting and value creation metricsAct as a strategic advisor to business unit leaders, providing financial guidance and challengeTranslate complex data into actionable insights for commercial, operational, and strategic decisionsCollaborate with HR, Legal, and Operations on headcount planning, compensation modelling, and global initiativesLead implementation of, and enhance FP&A systems, tools, and processes to improve agility and scalabilityChampion data integrity and automation across reporting platforms (e.g. BI, CRM, ERP)Candidate:You will be a Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Proven experience in FP&A in a private equity-backed or high-growth international businessExperience in SaaS, subscriptions recurring revenue models, is essentialStrong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skillsDeep understanding of budgeting, performance management, and investor reportingExperience working across multiple jurisdictions and currenciesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAdvanced Excel and FP&A tool proficiencyA proven self-starter and desire to work in a fast-paced scaling environmentDesire to work across global time zones when requiredExposure to M&A is desirableEquality Statement:We know that diverse recruitment practices start with us.
