Eve Curls is the largest DTC curly hair brand in the Netherlands, with over 100,000 customers, a strong brand identity, and a growing product range. Our direct-to-consumer channels are well developed, but our B2B activities are still in the early stages — and that’s where our next focus lies.We are looking for someone to build our entire B2B sales operation from the ground up. Fill out this form: https://forms.gle/ZNAj2oUq4hi54iKk6About the roleBuild, test, and scale B2B sales across major retail chains and leading beauty retailers — while also developing channels with distributors, boutique stores, salons, and others — to expand beyond our strong online presence and become a leading force in the offline market as well.Focus on the Netherlands and Belgium, while also exploring opportunities in Germany and other international markets.Responsible for commercial strategy, trade terms, pricing, margin structure, and account selection.Full commercial responsibility, including P&L ownership.Work directly with the founders, marketing, and operations to make B2B scalable.Nearly fully remoteWe don’t have an office; only a production lab in Almere for product development.For this role, it’s important that you can visit potential partners on-site when needed.Who we’re looking forRelevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, or haircare.Has actively opened retailers, resellers, or distributors before (not just managed existing ones).Understands wholesale margins, distribution models, and commercial negotiation.Entrepreneurial, independent, commercial, and growth-minded.Dutch & English required.ApplyInterested?
