Head Regional Operations

We are looking for a Regional Head - Operations for our locations in South & North.This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and grow a high-value business portfolio of approximately ₹5,000 Cr. The ideal candidate will operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, driving strategic outcomes and delivering exceptional business performance.18–20 years FMCG experience with 10+ years in leadership, handling large volumes and teams will be preferred.Job Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional collaboration with Category, SCM, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment.Drive operational excellence through strict adherence to processes, systems, and compliance requirements.Drive strategy into action with sharp, timely executionBuild a high-performance team by leading training, coaching, and capability development.Cultivate strong, influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, enabling smooth operations and long-term business success.Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and business transformation.Qualifications:Post Graduation with 18-20 years of relevant experienceRequired Skills:Ability to work in teamsGood organizational and communication skillsAbility to perform and deliver under strict timelinesFlexible to complex environmentProcess orientationHigh on integrityStrong analytical skillsMarket orientationStrong negotiation skills
